President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino is now scheduled to deliver his SONA on July 25, 2011. It is expected that the Philippine President will report to his bosses what he and his cabinet members had done from the past one year of administering the country.
As we know that the first problem of the Philippines is the corruption. Because of many politicians corrup to our country. And If I were the President of the Philippines. I will be careful using this against Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Why? Because this is exactly how you silently define a government for. I have not heard of any government administration that stuck to their budget ang managed a truly budget.
My friend, we all know that President Aquino is doing his best to right all the mistakes of the past administration. And he has no intentions to say something against Congresswoman Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. He is trying his best to make Philippines a better country. Let's show our suppport to him.:-)
